 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Kindly read all the sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

–  Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.

–  If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, refund for the particular item can be processed or the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.  

–  We shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery. 

–  Replacement/exchange possible if and only if the products do not reach you in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. In either of the cases, you have to send a Video of unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof to our whatsApp number (+91 7550145207) or mail id (contact@aaradhanasarees.com) within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement. 

–      Replacement/exchange will be facilitated upon reshipping the damaged product to the address that is requested by us within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

–  No return/exchange/refund on International Shipping. 

–        We reserve the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is damaged or has been found to be used.
